Hello, I'm Carmen Rosa. As a certified chef with more than 25 years of experience collaborating with international chefs in Havana, Cuba, I specialize in French cuisine. However, I have also catered a variety of cuisines, including Italian, Indian, and Cuban, for events hosting up to 500 guests. From 2018 to 2024, I served as the chef at the Edmonton Riverboat Queen, where I thrilled guests with my signature dishes. Currently, I provide catering services through Beya’s Catering, offering customizable menu options to suit your needs.
