My name is Carmen Rosa.
I am a certified chef with more than 15 years experience working with international chefs from Italy, Spain, and Canada at major tourist hotels in Havana Cuba. I prepared a variety of dishes with my speciality being French cuisine. In 2008, I brought my skills and experience to Edmonton. Here, I have catered
in a variety of venues, and events for as many as 500 people with different cuisines such as Italian, Indian, Chinese, Mediterranean. Vegetarian, Cajun, and Latin American. I am also the chef at the Edmonton Riverboat Queen where I have delighted its many guests with my signature dishes. I am now
available to cater to your desires from Beya’s Catering. You can choose from the
